A Full Custom Cut means you get exactly what you want! You select the cuts you want, the thickness, quantity and how you want it packaged! The ultimate beef experience, but make sure you have the freezer space! Expect to get 55% of the live weight! That’s roughly 550 to 700 pounds of Beef in your freezer! You will need up to 18 cubic feet of freezer space for a full beef.
So let’s talk about how this works. YOU pay the deposit and we will contact you on the exact dates we have available. Right now, we have dates through the end of 2022. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Then you fill out the cut sheet, which is attached, and you send it back to us.
From there we drop off the beef on the date you requested. Then we wait. The beef is then hung for 14-18 days (Think Rocky in the meat locker), then it is cut and packaged per your request.
At this point the beef is cut up, and we get a final Rail Weight (which is the weight of the carcass hanging on the hook), and an invoice is generated by our Shopify Store for your beef. We charge $5 per pound x Rail Weight. So if the rail weight of your beef is 800 pounds, your invoice will be $4000 minus your $400 deposit, so $3600.
Once the invoice is paid, we schedule delivery with you, and drop it off at your doorstep… for FREE!
Or pick one of our options that are already in the freezer. Cut with steaks 3/4" thick, 3-4 lb roasts and 1 lb packages of burger.
Then you just have to pack your freezer and try not to eat all the good stuff at once!
Its just that simple!
